Meet Our Flavourful Founders

 

Hey there, I’m Shreeti!
”Few people know how or have the time to cook from scratch. And let’s face it, we can’t eat out or get take out every night. Not great for the waistline or the pocket!

Initially we used our chilli jam with cheese and a glass wine - then we started experimenting and we found it to be so versatile! Check out our recipes, we are always adding new ones.

Cooking allows me to be creative. So many restaurants STILL seem to think of vegetarians as an afterthought.

Often I’ll see meat/seafood dishes on the menu and my mind will be thinking of how I’d make a vegetarian version.

I have one son who is a vegan and another who would eat chicken for every meal if you let him, so I actually love it when I can cook a meal we can all enjoy together.

I love informal dinner parties with the company of friends & family gathering around the table to enjoy the food and a few cocktails into the early hours.”
